SHAMI KABAB

SHAMI KABAB


Ingredients:
  • Beef ½ kg
  • Gram lentil 1 cup
  • Whole red chili 8
  • Black pepper corn 6
  • Small cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies (chopped) 4
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 piece
  • Egg whites 2
  • Corn flour/ rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
Method:
  • Wash ½ kg beef in pan. Put ½ kg beef, 1cup gram lentil, 4 garlic cloves, 1 small piece ginger, 2 big cardamom, 6 black peppercorn, 8 red chilies, salt, 1 tsp coriander seeds and 1 tsp white cumin seeds in 2 ½ cup water. When the meat tenders add in yogurt. When the water dries chop it in the chopper. Then add in green coriander, 1 bunch mint leaves, 4 green chilies, 1 chopped onion, 1 inch piece ginger, 2 tbsp cornflour or 2 egg whites. Mix everything together. Grease your hand and make kabab out of it. Once they are golden brown take it out and serve hot.
